P.J. Rodriguez
The Goal Post Manager

A prolific and versatile character, Rodriguez, was born in Bronx, New York.

In 1980, at the ripe age of 17 he joined the US Marines. For 5 years, Rodriguez served in the Reconnaissance unit where he was tasked with providing the commander of a larger force of Marines with information about his operational area.

After serving his country, Rodriguez moved to Port Charlotte and dug his heels into the hospitality industry. Taking his first job working in a high volume hospital, before realizing his impeccable ability to market and sell, within the food service arena. From 1997-2008, Rodriguez worked in the beer and wine industry earning numerous accolades for his production, including salesman of the year. 

The superior leadership knowledge he gained during the course of his military certainly can attest to his unparallel ability to supervise and manage a large staff. His, meticulous preservation and attention to detail, are merely a few of the characteristics that distinguish him as an exceptional restaurant manager.
